Wildchild Stylelab ships to Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom and the United States regions. Wildchild Stylelab uses Australia Posts’ Parcel Post service for all orders unless otherwise specified.
We attempt to ship all goods within 2 days of receiving your order. If you would like to follow up on your order please contact us. If for any reason we are unable to fill your order we will notify you within two business working days.
Wildchild Stylelab is committed to ensuring appropriate privacy standards are maintained to protect the personal information you provide when you access and use our website. We will collect personal details from you such as your name, email address and general contact details.
All private information supplies by customers to Wildchild Stylelab including names, addresses, credit card details, and email address are never shared, sold to third party companies. We only use your supplied email address to contact you regarding your order.
Security of Personal Information
The security of your personal information is important to us. While we exercise appropriate care in relation to the security of your personal information, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Wildchild Stylelab does not warrant the security of any personal information transmitted to us over the internet and you do so at your own risk.
At Wildchild Stylelab we understand that online shopping can be hard. You didn’t get the right size or that colour doesn’t really look as great on you as you thought? We are more then happy to exchange or credit the goods within 7 days of you receiving your goods.
Returns should be returned new, unused and with all Wildchild Stylelab and designer tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer at the customer’s expense.
*We do not accept returns in any of our stores.
At Wildchild Stylelab we make every effort to display the garments and colours as accurately as possible. However as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be completely accurate.
All orders are not exchanged at the cost of Wildchild Stylelab. We will happily accept returns however Wildchild Stylelab will not pay the postage of a return package

All Shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you are certain you are keeping them. Shoes should be returned unmarked and in their original, undamaged shoe box as this is considered part of the product. Shoes that are returned without a box, in a damaged box or with marked soles may not be accepted, and may be sent back to the customer at the customer’s expense.
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged. All garments must be returned to us within 3 months form purchase date. This is a sufficient amount of time to find a manufacturing fault. All returns after this date will be at the discretion of Wildchild Stylelab. Where possible we will offer to repair faulty items. If you wish to exchange your item please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product if it is available. You will receive a full refund if the goods cannot be repaired or replaced
To expedite exchange or replacement to you as quickly as possible, Wildchild Stylelab will use the information you supplied at purchase. Please be sure to notify us of any changes to your information since your last purchase.
Please note: We only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of an error made by Wildchild Stylelab.
As soon as you receive your order, please inspect the parcel or carton containing your purchase for any external damage that may have occurred during transport (Please note; it is normal for parcels or cartons to have scuff marks caused in transit without content being damaged). However, once you have opened your parcel and product damage is apparent e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org immediately. Please retain all packaging material used for dispatch to enable inspection by Wildchild Stylelab.
